Five tips for your second New York Visit! If you have already visited The Big Apple once and visited Empire State Building, State Of Librarty and Central Park here are five tips for your second vistit to New York: 1) Museum Of Natural History Holds interesting exhibitions of everything from how life started on earth to the culture of the American Indians. And you won’t want to miss the Hayden-observatory or the dinosuars exhibition. A good choice also if you have a low budget because it’s free entrance. However there is a suggestion of a donation $15 to help pay for the upkeep of the facilities and requiering new exhibits. The adress is 79th Street at Central Park West. Open 10.00 am to 5.45 pm. 2) Top Of The Rock Visit the top of the Rockefeller Plaza called Top Of The Rock. This is Rockefellar Centers newly opened View Point. It offers a good view all over Manhattan and especially over Central Park and the north of Manhattan. Open until midnight and the tickets cost $17.50. The adress is Rockefeller Plaza West 50th Street. Between 5th and 6th avenue. 3) South Street Seaport Here you’ll find historical buildings, restaurants, shopping and exhibition halls. The sail ship Peking is also here and a nice wharf where you can sit in the sun and just enjoy. Adress: Fulton Streetvid South Street. 4) The Cloisters The middleage division of the Metropolitan Museum Of Arts is what you'll find here in Washington Heights in northern Manhattan. Even worth a visit for the one thats not so intrested in art. Suggested admission is $20. Opening hours are 9.30 am to 5.30 pm Tuesday-Thursday and Sunday. Friday and Saturday 9.30 am - 9.00 pm. 5) Coney Island To get here you'll take the underground and use the lines D, Q, N or F to Stillwell Avenue. The ride takes about 45 minutes. Here you can have a nice hotdog and walk a long the beachwalk. Coney Island is the birthplace of the hotdog, and there is no shortage of places to eat here, Nathan's Famous holds the annual hot dog eating contest on July 4th at noon. On Coney Island you'll also find the famous Denou's Wonder Wheel Amusement Park.
